Products under $18 (USD) are not eligible for a refund.
All other products and services are eligible for a refund. Please email jennifer@projectjelinora.com to request a refund from me within 10 days of your purchase.
After 10 days, refunds are at my discretion. I’m a deeply compassionate person; I will sincerely consider all requests. I’m also aware that sometimes people choose to invest money in transformational coaching experiences, and then neglect to invest in the time and actions it takes to experience the results those programs will provide. Essentially, my programs deliver skill-building opportunities and other resources, and those who invest in them are responsible for how they apply them within their lives.
To make a refund request more than 10 days after purchase, please email jennifer@projectjelinora.com, along with your answers to the following questions:
Have you worked daily with the suggestions and resources I’ve provided you for at least three months? If your answer is No, please explain.
Have you connected with me directly through email or recorded direct consult at least three times about the situation precipitating your request? If your answer is No, please explain.
